Kia ora, Mālō e lelei, Talofa lava and Welcome to Roslyn School,

It is my very real privilege to be the Tumuaki of Roslyn School.

I am passionate about seeing the potential in each and every one of our students, and believe that we all have it in us to succeed.  I look forward to ensuring that our school can support each of our learners on their learning journey.

Roslyn School caters for students from Years 0 - 8.  We have a long history of achieving great educational outcomes for our students within a broad, rich and inclusive curriculum that delivers a vast range of learning opportunities.

Our school has a strong reputation for dedicated, hard-working teachers that make a real difference, and we work closely with whānau/aiga/families along the way.

Roslyn School holds and models strong values that are interwoven within many aspects of our school.  We aim for all of our students to be confident life-long learners, who are supported to become the best they can be, and ensure we develop the talents of future generations.

I believe teachers are our greatest resource and my job as principal is to provide an environment where they feel valued and challenged. I believe in children understanding what they can do and what they need to do next in order to take the next step in their learning.

I believe in having fun and growing children who are happy and optimistic about their future. I value conversations that have children at heart and decisions that impact upon achievement.

We all want the best for our children.

You are most welcome to visit and experience the positive learning atmosphere our school has to offer. Come along and see what goes on in our school!

Ngā mihi nui,

Sam Bradnock
