We are looking for enthusiastic and caring Learning Coaches / Teacher Aides to join our team and support learning alongside teachers in our classrooms.
As a Learning Coach, you will work with individuals and small groups of ākonga, helping to create positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where every child can succeed.
We are looking for people who:
Enjoy working with children and building positive relationships
Are patient, supportive, and flexible
Can work collaboratively with teachers and staff
Are committed to supporting student learning and wellbeing
Have strong communication skills
Bring initiative, positivity, and a willingness to learn
The role includes:
Supporting teaching and learning programmes
Working with students in classrooms and small groups
Encouraging student engagement and confidence
Assisting teachers with classroom organisation and learning activities
Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Experience working with children or in education is an advantage, but not essential for the right person.
