School Uniform ~ 2023

Our Roslyn School uniform is to be worn daily unless we have a mufti day to support a charity or fundraiser, or a special event.  

In 2021, we investigated the feasibility of having a school uniform.  

Through consultation with our wider community, staff and students, it was evident that our whole learning community were very much in favour of introducing a full school uniform.  

Postie is our main uniform supplier as they are cost effective while still providing good quality products.

We have also purchased some of our uniform items so that they are available for you to purchase through the school office.

The following items can be purchased through the School Office:

• Roslyn School Polo Tops:  Size 6-14 $25.00 each

• Roslyn School Polo Tops:  Size XXS-XXL   $30.00 each

• Roslyn School Polar Fleece  (optional): $45.00 each

(Supplied by Academy Apparel)

• Roslyn School Jacket: In 2022, we will provide one jacket to each student at no cost
  (Jackets supplied to us from Kids Can & school pays for embroidering of our School monogram)

Other uniform items can be purchased from Postie (the Palmerston North store is our main supplier).  These items are:

• Plain navy skorts, shorts or pants

• Navy bucket hat or wide-brimmed hat (compulsory in Terms 1 and 4 - these are no longer supplied by school)

If Postie do not have your item in stock or the right size, you can purchase plain navy options from another store as long as they are PLAIN NAVY only.   The Warehouse also stocks these plain navy items, especially the bucket hats.

Footwear should be plain black ankle socks with plain black shoes/sneakers, or plain black sandals.

Navy blue tights or navy knee high socks may also be worn in winter.
