Positivity Respect Innovative Determination Excellence
At Roslyn, we promote a safe, inclusive and positive environment where we are all valued and value each other. We all share the same expectations, goals, beliefs and build a strong, vibrant culture.
We have had a focus on wellbeing for several years through our PNE Kāhui Ako, and we embrace the strategies and beliefs of positive behaviour for learning.
We think this is a positive step moving forward for our school and look forward to continuing to build a positive culture across our school, staff, tamariki and community.
We also use the Te Whare Tapa Whā model with our ākonga and kaiako to help us consider all aspects of our wellbeing and how we can support ourselves and each other to develop a positive hauora and sense of wellbeing.
