Kia ora e te whānau
Our waiata that we are learning at kura are in the google slide below. We would appreciate it if our tamariki have access to this so they can practise at home. It also gives our whānau an opportunity to practise alongside their tamariki.
Whaea Sandy (Kaiawhina), and Whaea Maryanne (Tumuaki Tuarua) tutor our groups on a Friday. If your
whānau have Kapa Haka skills and are interested in volunteering time to tutor either our Junior or Senior Kapa Haka Group please either come in for a hui with Whaea Maryanne or send and email expressing your interest to mferris@roslyn.school.nz.
We have practise every Friday from 9.10am - 10.10am.
If you are interested in Kapa Haka or connecting with our Māori whānau/community to develop Matauranga Māori within our kura come along to our Whānau Hui each term and also connect with us on our facebook page, Te Ohu Mātua - Roslyn School on Facebook.
